These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MedicoLysis web application and related services ("Service") operated by Proxima X Corp ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MedicoLysis is a patient-facing health monitoring platform that uses AI-powered organ agents to monitor your health records, search for relevant medical research, and deliver personalized health findings. The Service includes browser-based push notifications and SMS text message notifications.
MedicoLysis is an informational tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The organ agents surface research findings and health observations for your awareness. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any medical decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this Service.
Program Name: MedicoLysis Health Notifications
Message Types: Phone verification codes, daily health digest summaries, and urgent health alerts from your organ monitoring agents.
Message Frequency: Varies. Daily digest: up to 1 message per day. Health alerts: 0-3 per week. Verification codes: only when you set up or change your phone number.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-In: You opt in to SMS notifications by entering and verifying your phone number in the MedicoLysis notification settings. SMS is never enabled without your explicit action.
Opt-Out: Text STOP to any MedicoLysis message to stop receiving SMS notifications. You can also disable SMS in your notification settings within the app.

Supported Carriers: T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and most US wireless carriers.
You sign in to MedicoLysis using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your account access with others.

The MedicoLysis platform, including its software, design, AI models, and content (excluding your uploaded health records), is owned by Proxima X Corp. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxima X Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to health decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the application. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
MedicoLysis offers one-time prepaid packs: $25 for 2,500 credits; $50 for 5,500 credits, including a 10% bonus; and $100 for 12,000 credits, including a 20% bonus. Pack prices are in US dollars. There is no subscription. Custom purchases from $15 to $1,000 use the same bonus tiers: 10% extra credits from $50, and 20% extra credits from $100. Auto-reload is optional and off by default. Credits are added to the signed-in account associated with the purchase after payment is confirmed.
Credits cover supported document processing, session responses and their supporting AI work, and requested visual explanations. Before starting a paid operation, MedicoLysis checks the available balance and reserves a maximum amount. Actual recorded usage is charged up to that reservation; unused reserved credits return after settlement. MedicoLysis absorbs costs above the reservation. Provider usage estimates can vary from final provider invoices. Broader service expenses are supported by pack revenue.
If you explicitly opt in during checkout, you authorize Proxima X Corp to save your payment method with Stripe and charge the selected amount whenever your settled balance reaches 500 credits or less. Your reload amount and the number of credits are shown before checkout. Checks run periodically and may take several minutes; temporary reservations for running work do not trigger a reload. You can turn auto-reload off on the credits page at any time. Payments already submitted may still finish. A failed payment or one requiring authentication pauses auto-reload; you can purchase manually and opt in again. Refunds and disputes also turn off auto-reload. No additional auto-reload discount applies beyond the displayed pack bonus.
Requesting cancellation does not itself confirm that work has stopped. The app confirms cancellation only after the server accepts it. During beta, a server-confirmed cancelled or failed operation is not charged. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, or the operation already completed, recorded successful usage can be charged up to the original reservation. Closing a browser tab does not cancel background processing. Credit settlement may take several minutes.
Unused purchased credits carry forward during beta. MedicoLysis will honor unused purchased beta credits if its pricing plans change. Bonus credits are included in a pack's balance and are subject to the same usage rules. Refunds reverse the corresponding proportion of a pack's credits, including its bonus credits. Already running work is not interrupted by a refund.
