What this removes

Health records and uploads, conversations, generated content, agents, spaces, saved knowledge, search memory, pending work, and all app preferences. Automatic credit reload is turned off.

Your login, credit balance, purchases and billing records are preserved. Completed work remains charged; unused reservations are reconciled.

After you confirm, we delete your app data and check that removal is complete. Your app pauses during deletion. When it finishes, you can start fresh.

Completion means removal from the active app stores. Backups, infrastructure logs and provider retention are separate; see the privacy policy. Files you downloaded or shared outside the app are not removed.
